Admission Process
- A Government issued identity card like Aadhar card/ passport copy/ driving license of the applicant alongwith that of his / her next of kin / family member along with their contact details.
- A copy of employment letter / student college / institute admissions letter as the case maybe.
- 4 passport size photos.
- A resident verification form duly filled in.
- PG / Hostel form duly filled in alongwith a signed copy of the house rules, regulations undertaking.
- One postdated cheque of the applicant for the monthly accomodation charges
Terms & Conditions
- Price quoted is for a bed in sharing non ac room with attached washrooms. Seperate accomodation for males / females is available on request and must be confirmed before arrival.
- Prices quoted are tentative in nature and are subject to change without notice. Please confirm your bookings at the earliest possible to avoid disappointment. Government taxes as applicable will be charged extra.
- Please note, accomodation at our facility can be booked with confirmation only on receipt of 100% advance and the same is non refundable, non transferable under any circumstances.
- Rights of admission are reserved. As per government rules, all pax checking in must provide a valid government approved identity like aadhar card, passport copy or election card prior to checkin.
- A one time non refundable admissions, resident verification and processing fee of Rs.2500
- A non refundable infrastructure development fee of Rs.2000
- Thus a total of Rs.11,000 + Rs.2000 + Rs.2500=Rs.15,500 is payable at the time of admission.
- These fully furnished rooms are available as ac or non ac rooms and come with attached washrooms, a common kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, two wheeler parking and other common facilities.
- The monthly price quoted is inclusive of electricity and water bills and also include accomodation and maintenance charges. All fees are payable only on a quarterly basis.
- Please note food costs are exclusive and are chargeable at actual cost.
